I’ve lived with long COVID since 2020. Like so many others, I spent years navigating conflicting advice, trying treatment after treatment, and searching for answers with limited support. What I found was that some things really do help — but most patients discover them by chance, not because the system makes it easy.

That’s why we started Circular Health.

We’re building a platform that helps surface what’s actually working — faster. By combining emerging research, expert clinical guidance, and real patient outcomes, we make it easier to understand which treatments are safe, promising, and worth considering.

To make sure what we build is both rigorous and genuinely useful, we’ve teamed up with Dr. David Kaufman — a world-leading expert in ME/CFS, long COVID, and related conditions — and a team of engineers and designers focused on making complex recovery simpler.

Circular Health exists because we’ve lived the problem — and we’re building the solution we wish had existed when we needed it most.
