These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (joincircular.com), participation in our waitlist or beta testing program, and future access to the Circular Health app (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
Circular Health Ltd is a company registered in Ireland, building tools to help people with complex chronic illnesses such as Long COVID, ME/CFS, POTS, and MCAS discover and track effective treatments.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By joining our waitlist or accessing our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Beta Access
If you join the Circular Health beta, please note:
The platform is in an early development stage and may contain bugs or incomplete features.
Your feedback is incredibly helpful and may be used to improve the product.
Access may be revoked at any time if misuse is suspected or for technical reasons.
We appreciate your participation and will always handle your input respectfully and confidentially.
4. Use of the Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
Share misleading or false treatment experiences
Use the platform in a way that could harm others or disrupt the service
Upload or share any content that is abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue your access to the Services if you violate these guidelines or misuse the platform.
5. Content & Information
Circular Health provides information for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide medical advice. Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider before making treatment decisions based on the platform. We may highlight treatments that are being explored by others, but these are not recommendations or endorsements.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and code on Circular Health are the property of Circular Health Ltd, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, modify, or reuse any content without our written permission.
7. Privacy
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy (see link on site).
By using our Services, you agree to how we collect and process your data as described there.
8. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the website, app, or any data presented will be error-free or always available.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Services will not exceed the greater of (i) €100 or (ii) the total amount you paid to us, if any, in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
You agree that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our Services.
